Cons

As a consulting firm, you have to track your hours and hit a minimum of 40 billable hours/week on top of internal training hours.

You are given a lot of responsibility and you can learn a lot. A fast-paced environment, can be good or bad. A good amount of knowledgeable people work at the company that will generally help if asked to. Interesting projects.
