Pros

My Employee's were my family not my workers.

Cons

It had an ugly hostile corporate takeover & years later it ended up closing forever. I left in 2005, way before it closed down, but that year option wasn't in the drop down menu here on this Glassdoor website.

No communication between project manager and team, did not allow movement within company, explained taxing procedures horribly, no maternity leave pay
