Been here two years, but having so much fun it feels like I've been here much longer!

Pros

Been here for now two years, and it feels like I've been here much longer. The firm is truly a family environment, less drama, more collaboration. I've been in the business for now close to 18 years, and I have to say this is by far the best environment I've worked within, and I'm truly happy with my decision to join StevenDouglas.

Cons

None, outside of I wish we all saw eachother more. We are national, and mostly remote. Which is great, but still would like to see the team more.
