I have been in the IT recruitment industry for 22 years and have been with StevenDouglas for 2+ years now. The best decision I ever made in my career was to come on board! A true consultative recruiting org filled with seasoned professionals who truly care about every single client and candidate. No useless metrics to conform to. You get to come in and kick butt in your own way every day. Also, no one kicks you when you are done....quite the opposite! From our founder to CEO and VP exec team, these are leaders that empathize with the challenges in our jobs, and offer constant support and praise. You get to show up as your authentic self every day which is a breath of fresh air. Also the best comp plan in the business I would give 1 million stars if I could!
