      Pros

      Amazing leaders who are hands on and involved in the right way. This is the type of place where a strong/experienced recruiter will grow and do VERY well. The CEO is amazing, gets to know everyone, and so passionate about this company and it's people. The compensation structure is very strong, too.

      Cons

      None, really. This is a great place for experienced recruiters who don't need training/handholding.
