      Pros

      This is an organization that values people and relationships not transactional deals and number of dials. You will not be micro-managed but encouraged to due the job as you see fit and as it fits your style. We hire successful people and we try to help them just get better. Culture is TOPS! You hear and long for a culture where people actually care and this is it. It took me over a year to let my guard down after being jadded by toxic cultures.

      Nothing of any consequence. I'd really have to get nitpicky to even come up with 1 thing.

      Pros

      A collegial, thoughtful and caring, family-oriented culture; from the top-down, an open forum for sharing ideas and best practices. This is the case across all division/groups, there really are no silos within the firm. Brand recognition/firm's reputation nationwide. Willingness of leadership to invest in technology, resources and training.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything worth noting.
