CEO genuinely cares about his employees well being. CEO often offers insightful and inspirational insights related to the growth of the organization. CEO and President always have an open door or are reachable by phone for anything no matter how large or small. The company has invested heavily in their technology specifically over the last couple of years. I would say 99% of the people that work at StevenDouglas consider themselves lucky to work for a company that truly cares about their well being and consider it the best place they have ever been employed. Virtually no micro-management as long as you are performing. You always have individuals willing to lend sage advice. Commission payouts are some of the highest in the industry. Excellent reputation in the local market.

StevenDouglas truly cares about their employees as well as all relationships. On the Finance and Accounting team all are experienced recruiters who care about those they help. Never will make a deal just to make one- but want the best for clients and candidates a like. The team is also a true team- always wanting everyone to succeed. More like a family then co-workers.

I work at the best search firm in the country! StevenDouglas has built an incredible brand and an outstanding culture! It is rare for a company to grow exponentially and still maintain such a familial environment in the way that StevenDouglas has. It is due in large part to our leadership at the top and the hiring of people that share our values. As a result, the tenure at our firm is unlike any in the industry. I look forward to working here with some of the best in the business for years to come!
