Pros

All of the support and resources to be successful without being micromanaged. A very aggressive compensation plan that rewards top performance. A culture that promotes supporting clients and candidates in an ethical way, while being able to make a good living for your family, and having a lot of fun doing it. The ability to support a client’s recruiting needs in almost every type of search, regardless of discipline.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

10+ years at the company and the founder is one of the most inspirational and supportive people I have ever met. He has created an environment lead by support and team collaboration. Most importantly the focus of the company is to treat candidates, clients and our internal colleagues with respect and see their journey through our own eyes.

Cons

The general business of Talent Acquisition is very challenging. But the support and encouragement I have personally received after all t these years would never make me look for another role/company. This starts from the top on down......and that is what's important to me.

When I say best, that means a lot because I started 7 companies of my own - yet the culture, the professionalism and the quality of the people here at StevenDouglas are second to none. I love working here and being a part of this company is an honor and privilege. This is, for sure, for me, the last place I will ever work.
