Toxic culture based on fear tactics

They got rid of the only reason to work here. Planners are no longer allowed to work from home.

Cons

- Toxic culture, they threaten to write you up daily - They record and listen to your phone calls - The use software to monitor how much you are at your desk - Impossible work load - The management is out of touch with how much the planners do - Call volume is way too high - Low pay with infrequent performance reviews

Extensive training. Organized process. Good on floor leadership.

Cons

Tight knit group of people that don’t welcome newcomers. Old technology. Dress code of slacks, button up, hard shoes. Owner and family treat everyone that works downstairs poorly. Once heard the owner say to one of the floor managers “you better get back downstairs before the prisoners take over the jail”
