At Stevens Transport, we compensate our Drivers according to miles dispatched and Stevens has been recognized as an industry leader in miles per dispatch. Our pay rates per mile are in line with, if not higher than the industry average, depending on the driver's experience. We have many experienced drivers that have been with us 10+ years. Our policies are in place to protect our drivers and our company. Drivers who choose to leave immediately following completion of our driving school may be responsible for costs associated to the training school that would otherwise be covered as part of the employment agreement. Our leasing program is designed to help drivers achieve financial freedom. We have business classes and other training available to help you make the most out of your business. Contractor Division: Our average contractor net income is double that of a company driver at the nets anywhere from 30-.45 cents mile.
