      Decent Pay, average benefits, but thats about it.

      Cons

      If they treated their customers like they treat their employees, They would be out of business within a month.

      Worked there since 07. Great people (coworkers) Owners only look out for they're own.

      Pros

      The 5 years I worked there were amazing. The people were my second family but the Aaron's aren't easy to work for. They do pay very well if you prove your worth but They will push almost everything under the rug unless it directly effects them.

      Cons

      Nepotism. That's most of what I can say. Don't trust the executive Vice President and HR rep. I feel like the company is going to go down hill with those two.

      great place to learn to drive a 18 wheeler. as soon as your obligations are met, get out

      takes advantage of new drivers (not knowing the industry)
