Pros

If coming in as a new driver you won't find a better training company. Safety conscious. They want you 100% safe out on the rd. Stevens is a good company to get your feet wet. Good driver managers that work with you to solve our resolve issues. The pay is ok. Your only going to paid what you put into it.

Cons

Weekends are hard to get someone on the phone. Fixing to install two way dash cams. Not a big fan of benefits. Those could be better.

Company environment will teach employees how to address daily conflict in the workplace.

Cons

Owners and Management are the worse. The company is driven by how much money the owners can make, without taking the employees into consideration. Heavy workload and low pay.
