      Pros

      Stevens Transport will take the time and make the effort to help anyone that has the desire to become a true professional driver. Most of the office side of employees make you feel like you are person, not just another number.

      Cons

      Low miles. As a professional driver, we all know that we earn our money by turning our wheels. It's not always the fault of Stevens Transport (although it is sometimes), but I feel like some of the dispatched loads could be better time managed.

      If you really want to be a truck driver thats what you will get. As a driver school, there is no better.

      Pros

      If you have no where to go, they will give you a place to live. If you have nothing, they will give you something. If you have nothing to fall back on and you can drive, it's a was to make a living in all economies. If you can't drive or have no drive in yourself, you can work in the office.

      Cons

      Truck drivesr are not humans! We have no physical or emotional need. Drivers are just a truck number. No need for rest or staying in compliance with not only federal law but company rules as necessary. Remember... a driver is only as good as their driver manager, AND THEN ONLY if that manager had once been a great driver.
