Managers don't make enough money for all of the stress theyre put through. Seems like the company is trying to squeeze them to get the most from them for as little pay as possible. THE JOB POSTINGS DO NOT SHOW WHAT WORKING THEIR IS REALLY LIKE! They want to sucker you in to take the job then SURPRISE every day is like a dare to quit. Flexible hours is a LIE. They run the place like it's the Army but workers can leave whenever they want. They make doors that are supposed to be great doors and expect workers to care? Always new people coming in or leaving. How good can these doors be? Seems really unsafe to work there also. SO MUCH SAWDUST I probably have lung problems now. This company has been around a longtime somehow but don't get it. Maybe they should stay in Texas.
