Management has made great improves over the past 5 plus years. The benefits are better, the leadership is better and the overall culture has improved.

It is hot during the summer.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Micromanagement, low pay, mediocre benefits, horrible culture, no work-life balance. Company holding on by a thread, HR structure is a joke, ownership does not even entertain the idea of providing better pay and benefits to employees. My advice to anyone that is considering working for this company? Don’t. If you’re passionate about your profession, whatever it may be, this place will make you start hating it.
