Pros

I did not find any pros working for company.

Cons

They give you multiple position/ job task that do not align with the job title. Incompetent team in the HR department. Poor management of department, poor communication and poor practices. Haven’t worked for a company that is janky the way this company is. They just want to meet number they don’t care about employee.

Pros

Had the opportunity to learn many new tools. Was able to work remotely.

Cons

They are a manufacturing company. As an IT professional, I was not expecting to be treated like an shift worker by HR. Many benefits had a long waiting period to kick in. Healthcare insurance did not begin for 3 months, I could not start contributing to 401K until after a year of work. Also, salary was low for the position I had.

Pros

Great teams in most departments all around, Plenty of events for staff. Benefits and other related information always readily available in multiple languages. Holiday schedules generous. Bonuses for being on time. Opportunity to branch out and grow.

Cons

Employees are treated poorly at times, Compensated even less so. Management separate from headquarters has little to no oversight and operates with impunity. Pressure to fulfill a role greater than described initially. "Annual" reviews --merely a suggestion
