The other client service associates are very nice and easy to get along with

The Leadership Team is incompetent and disrespects the work of those below them. It's unclear what the Leadership team does on a daily basis. They pay lip service to "valuing the contributions" of their employees, but it is clear from the culture that they do not.

Offered a solid onboarding package and Platform was robust

Cons

Zero support from recruiter. Support staff was awful, left you on an island alone and took half your pay.
