Pros

Their employee model is truly one of a kind. They offer equity to each employee which motivates everyone to grow the business. Culture and environment is best out of any financial institution I’ve worked at.

Cons

Is a bit of a small business environment where some operations individuals take on responsibilities outside of their normal work. Nothing too crazy though.

Pros

Company is growing quickly and they care about their employees more than any other financial firm I've worked for. They want everyone to succeed, but are not pushy and demanding. Opinions are taken seriously and upper management is always listening to the field.

Cons

Not really a con, but a "nice to know" I think. It's still a small business feel, meaning you have to be willing to accept change and a new way of doing things. New technology is being implemented to prepare the company for the future.
