Pros

This company has a lot of really good people who work well as a team. The company puts a lot of effort into supporting your development.

Cons

A lot of turnover at the entry level. Folks want instant gratification but need to learn the mill from the bottom up. There's lots of opportunity if they would be a little patient.

Pros

Pay, benefits, plenty of hours available including overtime, room for raises/promotions.

Cons

Safety is preached, but not practiced, especially on graveyard.
