Pros

When times are good the sky is the limit, ideas are listened to, and upper management lets its leaders lead.

Cons

Micro-management style from top down. There is a lot of "talk" about employee's being their best asset but they are easily tossed aside and easily replaced. Leadership is very inconsistent and lack communication. Stimson runs so lean it is dangerous. Do not pay anywhere near industry standard for what they are asking their employees to be responsible for. Not a healthy or stable environment.
