Pros

The ladies in the office are amazing people. If you don’t already know about it you learn so much about carpentry.

Cons

The turnover rate is ridiculous. They don’t pay you enough to deal with the rude sweaty old men that come in there. The weekends you work are SO long with only a 30 min lunch. If you’re a cashier you’re screwed because their pay is awful.

Pros

Hard work is rewarded. There is always room to grow. The company is very willing to move you to a new department with training in order to benefit not only the store, but the employee.

Cons

The pay starts off somewhat disappointing, but they are willing to give the hours to prove yourself, so each evaluation you complete comes with a raise.
