Understanding of family goals, values. Very down to earth owners

Cons

Sometimes too traditional. It's difficult to advance when the company doesn't want to grow and change with the times. It's hard to get all family members on board to new ideas

Upper management and consistancy. No communication within Depts and dropped communication within the store and its employees. Workload outdoes the pay recieved..
