Paid less than fast food, worked harder than warehouse jobs, can be fired for the most miniscule reasoning if not a favorite

the front end is a very toxic work environment. They have a horrible turnover rate bc they play favorites pick and choose who they like based of personal opinion not off work ethic. They pretend to care and empathize just to have something to gossip about and the management doesnt like you. Always drama and if you have a positive energy and aren't rude to others and respect other people in general or let the managers or other cashiers talk down to you then you will become a target especially if you call anyone out on their inconsistencies and hypocritical expectations of some and not others other managers are rude and treat anyone below them like dirt and will write you up based on rumors or gossip not based on facts or evidence.
