Pros

There are no pros to working here.

Cons

You will be overworked, unappreciated and underpaid. The company is run by fear so count on being criticised and possibly yelled at by management for every decision you make. It doesn't matter how much time or effort you invest in this company, they will get rid of you for any reason if they no longer find you useful. This is by far the worst company to work for. Nobody is happy here.

Pros

Learned a lot Was able to use my knowledge learned to get a great career

Cons

Managers are there to place blame on you Owners care about profit only High turnover Promotions from within are an exception not a norm Micro management to an extreme Owners openly say "if you don't like it we will replace you" Will always be a job not a career
