Pros

Absolutely none. Maybe doing tasks that don't involve the other "team" members that's it Some regulars are nice people (about 5% of total customer base)

Cons

Everything No room for advancement. No raises. The alcoholic manager comes in with such low energy, it's hard to have a positive-morale in a lower cashier role. The team members love gossiping about everyone and are going to be doing it about you too behind your back when you're not looking. Very cliquey team. Horrible people to work with. Most of the team are raging alcoholics, addicted to drugs, and or seem to be losers without a cause. The customers are rude and entitled and treat you like a dog, literally. (About 95% of the customer base) The store is literally falling apart. The uniform is humiliating and ugly. The other employees will sabotage your success by not doing their daily tasks to overwork you and burn you out if they don't like you. (But they like each other somehow) All I know is that this company is BS and over-priced junk sold at a premium. Garbage Everything about Stinker is ghetto and unprofessional, from the management, to their HR department. Not to mention their customers. The manager will not stick up for you against any unreasonable customers. Manager is stuck in the 80s with no hope of becoming a good manager.

Lack of support, store managers work 50+ hours per week on salary with little support, poor benefits.
