Cons

Whole company comes to a standstill when something big is happening. There is no advancement.

Pros

Great team work, fun environment, flexible schedule, paid vacations, and bonuses. Working for Stinker is great. Everyone works as a team and they are willing to help everyone out.

Cons

Being an assistant manager is sometimes depressing. The reason for this is due to having to work every holiday, every weekend, and missing out on family events. Also, advancement within the company is almost impossible. I was hired on as an assistant manager and will always be an assistant manager. Store managers are hired on outside the company and no one is ever moved up.
