Pros
I love the flexibility, working with mostly women who are very supportive and understanding, and of course, being able to style - I like online shopping, and this is fun when inventory is cooperating. I also appreciate the communication and feel like I usually know what's going on in the industry and with changes in the company.
Cons
After a year of working here, I'm impressed with the growth but SF needs to catch up in the way it's treating its employees. There needs to be more compensation/commission for high performers and more positions between Stylist and Manager for those high-performers who don't have the time or skills to pursue management. There's definitely still some issues to be worked out with inventory, too.
