      Pros

      Company is very responsive to feedback. As the company grows there seems to be more effort to retain good stylists, create incentives/opportunities to participate more, and create a more connected role with their remote staff.

      Pros

      Super flexible schedule and perfect if you want to stay at home. Also makes a great 2nd job since you can literally work whenever you want to. Team leads are helpful as long as you reach out to them. They have a lot on their plate so they aren't always the most attentive to each individual if you don't seem them out first, which can be a pro or con depending on how much you'd like feedback from them.

      Cons

      Sometimes inventory is hard to work with, and since you have an expected number of Fixes to complete in an hour it can throw that off. Certain times (ie, late at night, some weekends) are not great inventory-wise, so if this is when you would do the bulk of your styling it might be a bit of a struggle. You see all of the feedback from each client and sometimes they can be harsh or forget certain things that they asked for and then turn around and act shocked when you send them an item that they asked for.

      Pros

      Very fast growth trajectory, and very smart people, with a very innovative and disruptive strategy. This is a truly new kind of data-science driven company with a warm human heart. Tremendous opportunity to go places and do great things with an excellent team.

      Cons

      The company has to rise to meet all the challenges that come with rapidly realizing great ambitions. There's always a lot to do so the pace can be quick and the polish has to come in iterations. But even so the rough edges are tempered by a supportive collaborative culture.
