Pros

The CEO promotes and believes in a full transparency policy. There is no question that you can't ask him. If he doesn't have an answer, he'll tell you. Company-wide meetings are held regularly so everyone can be in sync. Strong engineering culture with great mentorship and above-average diversity (people of color and a couple female engineers).

Cons

The company seems to suffer from a high employee churn rate. Not sure exactly why, but it leaves the culture feeling slightly weaker and less passionate/exciting than it has the potential to be.
