Pros

StoneRidge has all the perks and benefits of large organization combined with a family-like atmosphere. Employees receive special care from residents in the form of scholarship opportunities and appreciation bonuses. There are numerous employee engagement functions combined with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

None that come to mind.

Cons

Working holidays and every weekend. But I can't really complain because I knew it when I accepted the job.
