Pros

I got paid. Bonus was around 15%.

Cons

When you are working one-on-one with someone and don't have much interaction with other employees, it takes a toll on you. My immediate supervisor was a terrible human being. I don't even understand how people work with this woman. When I gave my notice and told individuals in other departments, they all told me how much they couldn't stand her. No surprise there, after all she was let go from her previous company. If you were a woman working under her, she was extemely condescending and judgemental. The guys in my group didn't seem to have an issue with her.

Great company with many opportunities

Pros

Great people to work with on a daily basis, frequent new challenges, strong compensation and benefits package, new opportunities come up often overnight.

Cons

Sometimes seems directionless. No centralized command structure communicating organizational priorities. Things tend to happen on institutional inertia without any advance investigation to determine if they are worthwhile. At times business units will spend hours and hours working on something just because a client asked for it without any consideration to the cost that work incurs internally or whether there is sufficient justification for it.
