      Good exposure to the business, you directly interect with business people.

      Cons

      Too much favouritism and politics, Lead is hiring his known people in senior positions and giving them favour. You need to work 55-60 hours in a week. No extra pay, incentives and comp offs.

      cant think of any other than they provide free Diet Coke in the kithen

      Bullies. No regard for wellbeing. Zero product. Outdated business plan. Micro Managers. Arrogant bosses. Outdated systems. Constantly move the goal posts. No back office support. No genuine road map. Rude. Aggressive. Bend the truth. Its like working in a 1990's boiler room.
