      Great team to be working with, Manager is very fair and accommodating, great work life balance.

      Cons

      Severe lack of BAME diversity within the company, reeks of an Old Boys network. Very few opportunities to move into Front Line positions.

      Pros

      No work-life balance. Too much work pressure always. We work a minimum of 12 hours a day in the Global payments team in Bangalore. Indian leads are spoiling the life of employees by forcing them to work late and attend meetings on UK and US time.

      Its high time to work on work-life balance, We are not slaves.
