The company encourages development and focus on building future leaders and moving staff forward. They also invest in their properties when needed. I was proud to work at Stonebridge properties and be able to represent them with our product. I started in hospitality as a night auditor and have since worked my way up. Through this time I have worked for a few different management companies and single owners. Stonebridge by far is a step above the rest.

Stonebridge is a company that cares about it's employees. As any business, ownership expects to get a return on its investment. The great part is they consider employees an investment. Upper management such as the VPs and COO take a great interest in getting to know and develop line-level talent throughout the company. This level of engagement is so very rare and should be mirrored in the industry.
