I am very grateful to work for Stonebridge. I have been with the company for several years and have gotten to see first hand how the company has changed and is continually striving to be better and to make their company better for its associates. I see new tools and systems being implemented which make our jobs easier and more efficient. I am given recognition and opportunities to learn and grow. I find my supervisors and corporate contacts are supportive, interested in improving rather than finding fault and take a personal interest in their associates.

Cons

I wish our budgets were more forgiving. We work in a competitive wage market and we feel the pressure in our budgets with wages moving higher and higher. I'm sure this is true for most companies out their right now, but it is a significant challenge all the same.
