Pros

Stonebridge doesn't micro-manage or bog us down with too many weekly/monthly reports. They provide us with the tools needed to perform our job at a very high level and always make sure that we taking care of our guest and employees. They have a very good bonus program for many of our salary positions.

Cons

Continue working on improving the relationships between corporate and property level employees.

Pros

This company is amazing. I have worked for a few other companies in my 14 years as a general manager and I can truly say that this company is amazing. The leadership, starting with our CEO Navin Dimond and his wife Rita, are honest and humble people. You really feel like family and that is hard to find in some companies. The company believes in letting you lead your business unit (hotel) and stays out of your way if you are hitting your performance metrics. Jack Paul, Vice President of Operations and Chris Manley, COO are great leaders. They are there for you when needed and are very easy to talk to. The company offers room for advancement and the associates at our Corporate Support Center are approachable and helpful. I truly can't say enough great things about this organization...they are truly like family to me.

There is nothing noteworthy that comes to mind.

Pros

Stonebridge Companies is always looking to develop it's associates careers, preferably from within the company, but doesn't hesitate to train and educate associates and get them involved in many aspects of hotel management. And help point them down the path that's best for their goals and aspirations.

Cons

Not too many downsides, a lot of negative feedback is situational. If you give your all to this opportunity, the company respondes and provides you with more opportunity for advancement. If you're just going to show up and give the minimum effort, you won't get the most out of the opportunity.
