Good Training Nice hotels with high expectations and quality

Cons

The benefits have to be he worst I've ever come across. You get no vacation until you are there for one year, and when you accomplish that- it is only one week of vacation. I understand the incentive to retain employees, but maybe offer 3 weeks after one year- I would definitely stick around for that! There is no pleasing anyone- always want more more more. It is a very unfulfilling job. Yes, we all know the hospitality industry can be brutal, but people need to feel appreciated. Everyone is motivated differently.

the companies plan for the future are very aggressive and if you commit you will see an opportunity for future growth.

Cons

with the technology that is available in the market place a lot of the process are still done with pen and paper causing a lot of rework and inconsistency. These are things that will be figured out as the growth continues.

Besides some nice coworkers, everyone else would cut you in a minute. No loyalty.

Cons

Crazy high turnover on the property. Under-payed!!!!! Sage hospitality pays way more. Don't work for this company.
