Pros

My co-workers were great! I learned what kind of company I do not want to work for. If you don't like a co-worker, they won't be there for long (nobody is there long).

Cons

Management is only at the hotel from 8am-4pm every day. You are expected to do management's role for very little pay. No employee recognition. No giving back to the community (fundraisers, volunteering, etc.). High turnover rate of employees. Management says they promote from within-it's a lie.

Pros

Being recognized as having worked for a very difficult organization.

Cons

Deceptive business practices. Not adhering to basic human rights standards. Ownership is not in touch with their employees. Unfair business practices and untrustworthy HR department. I would save yourself the headache, look at the high turnover rate, and avoid.

Funny how this company had 1 star forever so corporate has now told managers to start doing reviews to improve the score on here. Just another example of how terrible this company really is.
