Evolving time off benefits based on tenure. Encouragement to expand knowledge and skill set for professional development.

Cons

Limited amount of full-service hotels in current portfolio. However, the company is continually expanding. Long time to process decisions if escalated above property.

Pros

The Morgantown Mariott is a wonderful place to work! Such a welcoming staff! Automatically felt like one of the team! Beautiful building that is clean and well kept! Unlike a regular brick and mortar restaurant, being attached to a hotel brings in a constant revolving door of new guests and faces. Bourbon Prime is such a lovely and unique restaurant to be a part of!

Cons

The only cons I can manage to think of are parking for employees and guests. It becomes difficult to find a spot to park when we are very busy. Also being situated in a challenge town makes it difficult to keep reliable employees in the restaurant department.
