Unlimited PTO, hotel discounts, free food

Cons

Unlimited PTO is a joke. Management gets onto you if you take any time off. Don’t trust management with any information they will tell everyone in the company. The pay is ridiculously low, they want you to take on more but not pay for what you are worth.

Good hotel perks if you can manage to stay long enough

Cons

Expected to work well over 40 hours with no compensation - They low ball salary offers and wonder why there’s such high turnover. Hourly employees aren’t allowed to work more hours so salary has to pick up the slack - was making well below minimum wage for hours worked vs pay even with multiple higher level degrees. Do not recommend. Culture is toxic and no parking options, and going to work is more of a headache than it’s worth.

At least for the property I was at health care is covered by company.

Cons

Work life balance is none, constantly under staff and left working with less staff or alone. Manager don’t like to work more than they need to on salary and rarely help unless there job is on the line. The 3% raise is a joke, as well as you try to apply to new opening in the company doesn’t even get your resume looked, even with multiple years in the company.
