Pros

This company will hire someone that has no idea how to do their job and keep them no matter how bad they are. Some people can even steal from them and they keep them.

Cons

No Training, hostile work environment, no organization, no recognition for hard work. No team work.

Pros

My co-workers were great! I learned what kind of company I do not want to work for. If you don't like a co-worker, they won't be there for long (nobody is there long).

Cons

Management is only at the hotel from 8am-4pm every day. You are expected to do management's role for very little pay. No employee recognition. No giving back to the community (fundraisers, volunteering, etc.). High turnover rate of employees. Management says they promote from within-it's a lie.

No pros with this company. Stay away.

Cons

Funny how this company had 1 star forever so corporate has now told managers to start doing reviews to improve the score on here. Just another example of how terrible this company really is.
