This is an awesome company to work for ownership truly believes in providing outstanding service and a quality product. The company invests back into their assets and takes tremendous care of it's associates. It was a pleasure to work with Jack Paul (Vice President). He is an amazing person that takes the time necessary to ensure his subordinates are prepared and mentors them into better leaders.

Great facade but you will learn quickly that is all it is, a facade.

Cons

HR is not for the employees, so unless you want to be on the hit list don’t go to HR with any sort of problem or suggestions. The “new sheriff” (her own words) is unbelievably discriminatory and should be disciplined but she is the one who would do the discipline, so it’s never going to happen. Just because you have people trying to fix the negative reviews doesn’t mean it will fix the horrible culture. Should be called Stonebridge Hostile Companies instead of Hospitality
