Leadership is behaving recklessly, putting both the company and people’s livelihoods at risk. Poor technical decisions are being made by individuals who lack basic technical knowledge. Deceiving the customer seems to be the standard practice. HR cannot be trusted, as they appear to act against employees and engage in retaliation. Contracts are violated without hesitation, and they seem to feel protected by the system while mishandling people’s payslip..

The company is a mess, with a crazy reporting chart in all levels, where there’s no responsible person, just finger pointing. Technically is worst, where there are very good technical people, but as a company there’s no structure or system, the culture is to pretend to follow customer requirements but they are not fulfilled, making crazy technical decisions, and low quality products. Problems are hidden. They pay above the market for some positions to try to attract people. People stay less then 1 or 2yrs, very few with longer time. The company is not making money and the leadership (mainly in US where they are all friends) is destroying the company and soon will bankrupt. They think that just one product (which is very poorly developed and has low quality) is enough to keep the company running (CMS).
