Good people everywhere ready to support colleagues. Cool products in the Electronics segment.

Cons

Bullying culture from the headquarters in Michigan is spreading to other locations like cancer. A group of people from a passanger car Tier 1 has gradually taken over the company and imposed toxic culture in engineering. Incompetent HR is making things worse.
