Business Outlook
Pros
The company culture is amazing, encouraging, and supportive. Due to their hiring practices and leadership, the people you work with are incredibly kind and hardworking. They are also clear communicators, fair, and understanding. They take feedback (from employees, clients, and customers) seriously and work to implement new strategies, policies, and technology often to solve issues.
Cons
Due to the nature of the business, there are blackout dates where you cannot take vacation/time off (unless approved by your leader). This is made extremely clear during the hiring process though and you have plenty of time at different months of the year to take PTO.
