- Flexible Schedule (pretty accommodating) - Good Coworkers - The day typically goes at the pace that you move at. You can be done really early sometimes

Cons

- They MIGHT pay you months later than they told you they would and will pay you less than what you are owed (majority of the time it is fine) - They expect a lot from their managers (inventory, hiring workers, driving Uhauls, etc.) and only pay minimum wage or slightly more - Inconsistent Work - Often unresponsive when you ask about payment
