Pros

StorageMart is a great company to work for, they're always finding a way to take care of their employees. They recently showed employee appreciation by signing us up to Bonusly, where we can acknowledge our peers hard work. The training program is well established. Family-owned company, so this feeling of family definitely trickles down to every region. If you need help or just need some assistance, there is always someone there to guide you. I truly enjoy working for this company, it's an honor to be a part of their expansion into Wisconsin. If you're looking for a company to have your back, this is the place to work for!

There are not really any pros of working at this job. The biggest pro is that I live 5 mins from work so do not have to pay for transportation cost. But that will not be true for everyone

Cons

Very rude customers, system does not work for us, corporate has very poor communication and does not really care about empolyees
