Some properties have apartments and the managers can live on-site, slow-paced work environment,

Cons

No opportunities for mentorship or advancement, new employee training is hit/miss, company does not pay increases to keep up with inflation or raises, commission system is flawed, mid-level management is often times overwhelmed, support from Home Office is weak.

Thank you for your feedback. We have come a loooong way since 2011, we didn’t even have a training team back then and now we have an entire department devoted to it! Our support is stronger than ever! We’re a whole new team.

Great work experience. Learned a lot about the commercial real estate industry. Gained valuable financial and market analysis skills that will be helpful for my advancement into the financial industry.

Cons

The pay was not the best but overall it was a good company and the best experience in my book.
