If you're passionate about what you do and you genuinely want to learn, you'll go far in the Marketing Department at StorageMart. The Marketing Team is interested in driving measurable results while collaborating with likeminded individuals who want to hone their craft. Company execs are interested in what marketing can bring to the table and they both respect and appreciate our insights.

Cons

Like any serious company, there are more things to do than there are people to help facilitate. But there's always a light at the end of tunnel.

• Flexible scheduling to allow me to be with my kids when I need/want to be there for all of the important moments. • Open door - everyone from the CEO, CFO and otherwise is available to listen to ideas, concerns, or answer your questions. • Growth opportunity - StorageMart is a growing company and there is room to advance across any of their departments. • Autonomy - no one is looking over your shoulder every moment and they encourage innovation.

Cons

• Jack of all trades - the mindset is that we all just do what needs to be done, and sometimes we can stretch ourselves a little thin, but when the case is made to expand or hire more resources, they are ready to grow.

Under paid job, assistance manager come in making more than managers. Managers are at assistant managers will. Upper management is confused and constantly changing procedures. Non stop sells calls and upgrades. Glorified janitor and customer service complaint desk. High fees, no wiggle room for customers.
