6yAt StorageMart, we deeply value the opinion of all of our employees and have made strides in providing numerous ways for those opinions to be conveyed to management. Training is conducted on-line and on-the-job at every level to support our staff and provide guidance from a range of StorageMart employees. Our goal is always the advancement of our team members – they are at the core of our success as a whole. We provide a competitive hourly wage and opportunities to supplement that income through a robust commission structure. As always, we appreciate the feedback and will continue to improve our communications with employees.
